There are five million different sounds that Fraser makes when Ray touches him that tell Ray he's doing a good job. It's like that thing with the Inuit people and snow -- they've got so many words for the right thing, and Ray's pretty good at keeping Fraser from getting all the way to a full word. And all the little noises -- the grunts, the groans, hmms aaahs and fragments of Ray's name -- all of those more or less mean, "Keep going, buddy, because you're doing that just right", but see, just the like the words for snow they've all got *layers*.
When Fraser goes, "Nnghh," and draws out the long 'h' -- blows it all out in one big exhalation, usually when he's arching his head back -- it means that Ray should draw his tongue a little slower over the planes of Fraser's stomach. It means Ray should draw it out a little more, because it feels so good Fraser wants to feel it for a long time.
And when he cries out, "Ah!" Just one short, sharp vowel, it means that Ray should press harder, that Ray shouldn't be afraid to be rough, to use his teeth and nip at all that skin Fraser's letting him touch and taste.
When he starts trying to talk, when he starts trying to say Ray's name, he usually only gets to about "Rrrr-" and the 'r' noise kind of vibrates on his lips for a little bit, like a growl. It means Fraser's close, and that if Ray wants this to last at all he needs to back off, but Ray tends to keep going, to keep pushing Fraser until he comes, because God, Ray loves it when Fraser looses control under his hands. It's just -- it's a fucking trip that he can do that.
Ray's favorite, though -- Ray's *ultimate* favorite noise that Fraser makes -- is when he throws his head back, and he just rasps out something that's maybe too quiet to be a scream, because Fraser just doesn't have the energy for a scream, he's too caught up in Ray, what Ray's doing to him, how Ray's making him feel, and right then? Right then he's Ray's. He's Ray's completely.
